Precautions for clients ...

 

FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED | All clients must wear face masks unless covering hinders service being provided. The staff will wear disposable gloves which will be changed after each customer or client service.

 

APPOINTMENTS | All clients must make an appointment for services and/or consultations. One client will be allowed in the salon at the time of service unless necessary such as caregivers or accompanying a child for an appointment. Clients are asked to arrive alone, no guests or children please. Clients are responsible for scheduling/rescheduling appointments.  No walk-ins will be allowed.

ARRIVAL TIME | Your PROMPT arrival is essential and appreciated. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure timely and proper pre-service process AND adequate time to clean and disinfect areas in between customer visits.  PLEASE NOTE, clients arriving less than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.

Precautions for staff ...

CONTACT TRACING | The staff will obtain primary telephone numbers from each customer and will be used should any staff or clientcustomer test positive for the coronavirus.

CLEANING/SANITIZATION | The staff will sanitize and sterilize equipment, seats, stations, door handles and any area regularly used as mandated by Maryland government.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT | We offer "touch free" credit card processing to lessen contact and promote less cash exchange.
