We ask if you are experiencing or have been around anyone with the following symptoms in the last 14 days before your appointment to please reschedule.

  • You will be asked to leave immediately if you show/have the following symptoms difficulty breathing, coughing, sneezing, flu and cold, lost of taste. You will be contacted to reschedule.
  • Customers and staff must wear face masks unless covering hinders service being provided. The staff will wear disposable gloves which will be changed after each customer or client service.
  • WALK-INS NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE COME ALONE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. One customer will be allowed in the salon at a time for service (no guests or children please). Customers are responsible for scheduling/rescheduling appointments.​
  • Your PROMPT arrival is essential and appreciated. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure timely and proper pre-service process AND adequate time to clean and disinfect areas in between customer visits. PLEASE NOTE, Customers arriving less than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.​
  • Primary telephone numbers will be required from each customer and will be used should any staff/customer test positive for the coronavirus.​
  • Our equipment will be sanitized and sterilized between each service. Seats, stations, door handles and any area that has regular contact will be wiped down based on the number of people allowed in the salon at one time as mandated by local government
  • We offer "touch free" credit card processing to lessen contact and promote less cash exchange.
